Who this is

palmcentral.dst.llc is operated by DST, an independent advisory site covering Palm Central by Nakheel — not affiliated with or endorsed by Nakheel. For the property transaction itself, DST's digital partner is DEAL KEY PROPERTIES LLC (DED License No. 1523000, RERA ORN 52875), a licensed Dubai brokerage. This site handles content and lead capture; the brokerage handles the regulated side of any actual purchase.

What we collect

If you use the "Register interest" form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and — if you choose to answer them — the unit type you're interested in and your approximate budget range. Every field except name and one contact method is optional; nothing on this site requires an account or login.

Separately, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to see aggregate traffic — pages visited, approximate location from IP address (city-level, not precise), device and browser type. Analytics data is not tied back to the contact details you submit through the form unless you submit both in the same session, in which case Google's standard cross-referencing applies the same way it would on any site running GA4.

What we do with it

Form submissions go to DST's team and, for this site specifically, to DEAL KEY PROPERTIES LLC so they can follow up about current Palm Central availability matching what you asked for. We don't sell contact details to third parties, and we don't use them for anything beyond responding to the inquiry you actually submitted.

Cookies and cross-site analytics

DST runs several sites under the dst.llc domain (this one, riviera, llc, visas, and others), sharing one Google Analytics 4 property so traffic can be measured across the network rather than site by site. The analytics cookie is scoped to the whole .dst.llc domain for that reason — if you've visited another DST site, the same analytics cookie applies here.
